Fix It Friday -- Clear Your Mind in 1 Easy Step

Hey Everyone!! Hope you're week is winding down peacefully. For this edition of "Fix It Friday", I wanted to post on something to aid in your self-care : Brain Dumping. (And, no, it's not as gross as it sounds). Brain dumping is literally dumping out what's in your brain including but not limited to everything that has you anxious, worried, afraid, happy and elated. Brain dumping is used as a method to clear your head and get it off your chest.

It's also another way to get ideas, plans and thoughts down on to paper. Are you busy planning your child's 1st birthday party or busy marketing your freelancing company? Brain dumping is a great way to jot down all your ideas to execute the perfect party (and cake smash) or pitch to potential customers. As a full time mommy and entrepreneur and 9 to 5-er, I get ideas alllll the time on different activities to do with the kiddo or a new product to launch. When we keep these things inside, we can feel overwhelmed. To help you get started, I've listed a few products below that I've used. If paper and pen isn't your thing, use a notes or memo app on your phone and brain dump into subjects.
